What does F8E3 mean?

Too much water or foam in the washer.

Common causes

The manufacturer support page points to these conditions for this code:

  • Too much detergent, which produces excess suds
  • Water collecting where it should not be (a leak or the base tray filling)

What to check first

  1. Use only HE detergent and measure the dose (use less with very soft water);
  2. make sure the drain hose and drain pump filter are not plugged.
