Regional differences

These codes are described separately for the United States and the United Kingdom.

LG IE

United States: Water Inlet Error: the tub did not fill to an adequate water level within the set time. Causes include the water supply being off, the faucet closed, the supply hose disconnected, pressed or bent, or the hose frozen in cold weather.

United Kingdom: Inlet error: the tap may be turned off, the water supply hose may be kinked, or the inlet filter may be blocked, preventing the machine from filling properly.
