What it means

The washer is not detecting the correct amount of incoming water (low fill); the display may also show “Lo FL”, “LF” or “No Water Detected”.

What to check first

  1. Turn both hot and cold water faucets fully on;
  2. check that the inlet hoses are not kinked and that no anti-flood devices are in the water line;
  3. press Power to run the drain routine if the door is locked;
  4. check the drain hose installation (it should not extend more than 4.5” / 114 mm into the standpipe);
  5. check the inlet hoses for kinks;
  6. Check the water supply - both faucets on and hoses connected and unkinked

When to call service

If water flow is confirmed and the code persists, service is needed.
